- Liability: The School is not responsible for any delay in receipt of fee payment due to incorrect account numbers or incorrect personal details provided by the user. 2. Refund Policy
- Discretion: Refunds, if applicable and at the discretion of the Management, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction.
- Verification: For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this policy shall require the School to refund fees unless such fees have previously been paid and verified in the School’s account.

The total e-payment online transactions are executed using state-of-the-art technology, such as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), to ensure a secured transaction. The School shall not be liable for any failure by the student, parent, or third party making the payment to properly protect data from being seen on their screen by other persons during the online payment process.
4. Service Provider

- Confirmation: If a confirmation is not received within 14 days of making the payment, it is the responsibility of the student/parent to check with the school to ensure the payment has been accepted.
- Ongoing Responsibility: The student/parent remains responsible for the tuition fees until such time as a formal confirmation is received from the school in relation to any outstanding amounts.
